One of my most interesting experiences was organizing the “Fancy Women Bike Ride” in Pisa, an international event aimed at raising awareness among local administrations about the importance of safe and sustainable urban spaces while promoting women’s visibility and empowerment. Although this movement has ended, I continue to work on other initiatives that encourage more women to get on a bike.
